Welcome to Harlow Forums

At the moment there is only one forum available and that is for internal users. Eventually we aim to launch some public forums which will allow the council another way to communicate with its residents. We hope to eventually set up forums for the Harlow Community to discuss issues and consultations of the day around the services and projects run, solely or in partnership with Harlow Council. All forums will moderated (except the internal Freecycle one) and postings will not appear on the website until a moderator has approved them during normal offices hours.

Tenant Service Authority Forum, “Have your Say"

                                                                       

Harlow Council have now created a new “Tenant Service Authority Forum” for you to “Have your Say” on their new Six National Standards by which social housing landlords will be measured.    It is very important to us for you to have your say; after all you are our Tenant and must be given the opportunity to get involve by helping us get it right.  Now that you have had an opportunity to briefly review the six new National Standards, please can you comment and provide us with your feedback, views, ideas and thoughts on the below.  Thank you for your interest and we look forward to receiving your views.

· Do you agree with the position put forward on the different issues?

· Are there any additional issues which need to be addressed?

· Is there any support from the TSA that you feel we require in order to prepare for the New Regulatory Regime?
